2015 was an exceptional year for us. Although we had the idea to build Sugester many years ago, this year we actually did it. We incorporated, found an investor, assembled a team (there's eight of us now) and - most importantly - made huge strides in building our product.

It'd be difficult, if not impossible, to enumerate every fix and feature that we've submitted to Sugester since April - which is why we'll focus on the most important ones.

First - we built our CRM from the ground up, dogfooding it from day one, and are now happy with the way it works. Sugester CRM now allows you to import a customer database of any size, divide it into categories, and give each of your customers a status, write notes, track meetings and deals - basically, it lets you manage your sales through their lifetimes. Second - we added a live chat module to Sugester. Anyone can put it on their website or online store in a matter of minutes. We're working hard to make the user experience even better than it is now, but the live chat is already one of the most popular features of our application. Third - we have grown and improved all the other components of Sugester. There are numerous new project & task management features, more feedback forum templates and way more knowledge base editing features than we anticipated back in April. A lot of work has gone into improving our helpdesk/email module - today it's hard to imagine how we managed to get by without email threads and automated responses. Fourth - we took Sugester to two important trade shows, namely Poland's E-trade Fair and TechCrunch Disrupt London 2015. They played an important part not only in guiding us through product development, but also helping us receive the 2000+ signups in the past months.

Fifth - and final - we are still improving Sugester, and will continue to do so. We have a lot of exciting stuff planned for the coming year, including adding VoIP telephony to Sugester - but we'll inform you about it as it happens.
